Mpumalanga, "the place where the sun rises" - is a province with spectacular scenic beauty and an abundance of wildlife, lying in the northeast of South Africa.
As a pilot 22 e-Cooperatives, young dynamic individuals seconded by the PNC to assist the Local Municipalities from the Mpumalanga province was trained in Nelspruit, October 2007.
The outcome of the training was just amazing with just 5 days, these creative individuals, most of them who had never developed a webpage before was able to create entire websites.
